First Steps
Concert4Kingston will give (young) people in Kingston Upon Thames who are not in education, are not able to afford instruments or music lessons, have people to care for (parents, siblings) the opportunity to perform. It will be supported by local education establishments (hopefully Kingston College and Kingston University), volunteers and, local businesses. It will give young people a voice.
